Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Guest Service Representative to be the first and last impression for guests at the front desk. You will handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest interactions with a commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, registering them, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining accurate records while handling cash with integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel services.
• Proficient in English; additional languages helpful.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with brand operating systems preferred.
• Cash handling and POS familiarity; ability to handle sensitive information.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a personable approach.
• Book and register hotel reservations; verify details.
• Answer calls and route messages accurately.
• Promote loyalty program and recognize members.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints or escalate to management.
• Manage cash drawer and cash transactions.
• Maintain records and property walks.
• Process market and retail transactions.
• Handle mail and guest information; provide local info.
• Maintain market inventory levels.
• Handle confidential guest information with integrity.
• Work with the team and uphold brand standards.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and attractions.
