B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Service Agent for SpringHill Suites in the Sterling area. You will anticipate guest needs, process check-ins/outs, verify billing and assist guests with reservations in a friendly, professional manner while upholding brand standards.

We value excellent communication, attention to detail and a team-oriented approach. The role includes flexible AM/PM shifts, weekend work, and opportunities for growth within a long-standing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Prior Marriott brand hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest service: respond to guests in a friendly manner, process check-ins/check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, handle special requests.
• Financial results/cost control: maximize room revenues, monitor availability, upsell rooms/amenities, follow cash handling procedures.
