Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years prior guest service experience preferred in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and handle special requests.
• Provide knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and outlets to guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow hotel procedures for guest interactions.
