The role requires AM/PM shift availability, strong communication, and a team-focused approach to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless hotel operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years guest service experience preferred in hospitality.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: handle check-ins/outs, verify billing, create reservations, and assist guests with needs.
• Maximize room revenue through up-selling and proper bookings.
• Plan, organize and prioritize to meet workload; attend department meetings.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow emergency procedures.
