Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles desirable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Perform accurate check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answer calls, handle inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Secure payment methods, issue keys, and maintain records in the PMS.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly, escalating when needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare rooms and fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain lobby and front desk area cleanliness and organization.
• Follow security procedures and monitor guest access.
