Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency; experience with hotel property management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly, providing engaging, sincere, and exceptional service.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Process payments, post charges, issue refunds, and manage the house bank
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly with ownership of service recovery.
• Provide information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Assist with reservations, room availability, and special accommodations.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and support operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby environment.
• Follow established hotel policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Communicate guest concerns and updates to the Manager on Duty.
