Job summary

ADERO Scottsdale Resort in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide warm, efficient service at arrival and departure. You will handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and room assignments while addressing guest inquiries across front desk, reservations, and PBX functions.

You will work with Housekeeping, Bell Services, and Guest Services to ensure a seamless guest experience and promote loyalty programs and resort amenities.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Strong customer service and computer skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and complete check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
• Assign rooms and manage reservations, upgrades, and special requests.
• Answer and route calls professionally through the PBX and communications functions.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Process payments, post charges, and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Bell Services on room readiness and guest arrivals.
• Promote loyalty program enrollment and resort amenities.
• Communicate accurate information about the property, services, and the local area.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of guest information and keys.
• Follow all cash handling, audit, and safety procedures.
• Log and follow up on guest requests and service recovery.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
