Job summary

Embassy Suites Scottsdale is seeking a friendly front desk agent to welcome guests, complete check-in/check-out, handle payments, and provide accurate information to ensure a smooth stay.

Responsibilities include maintaining a house bank, logging guest requests, coordinating with departments, and upselling services while following safety and security policies and Azul Hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with guests and colleagues.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and process registration.
• Handle checkout, accept payments, and balance cash drawer daily.
• Maintain a house bank, make deposits, and report receipts accurately.
• Log guest requests, upsell services, and coordinate with other departments.
• Answer calls promptly and transfer to appropriate departments; ensure security policies.
