Concord Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Raleigh, NC to serve as the first and last impression for our guests. You will deliver exceptional service, manage check-ins/outs, respond to inquiries, and balance financial transactions while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hospitality/front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide outstanding customer service.
• Complete guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation transactions accurately.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and balancing procedures.
• Assist guests with hotel information, local recommendations, and special requests.
• Address guest concerns promptly and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the property management system.
• Promote hotel amenities, services, and World of Hyatt membership opportunities.
• Follow Hyatt standards, brand policies, and safety procedures.
