Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to handle payments and operate a POS system with accuracy.
• Professional and courteous demeanor with strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide courteous service and close out accounts.
• Input guest information, assign rooms, and handle payments and vouchers.
• Answer inquiries, give local information, and coordinate with hotel staff.
• Maintain safety and security procedures and keep front desk area organized.
