Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
• Two years front desk and supervisory experience.
• Calculator proficiency and numerical accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to input information using a computer system.
• Ability to observe and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome and provide information.
• Input registration data and manage check-in/out processes.
• Train new agents and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Monitor time/attendance and enforce attendance policies.
• Handle disputes, negotiate resolutions, and authorize adjustments.
