AC Hotel Dayton is seeking a dependable Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and ensure smooth experiences in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide an exceptional arrival and departure experience.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and other hotel departments.
• Use hotel tech systems, guest messaging platforms, and mobile tools.
• Assist with daily reports, room status updates, and ops tasks.
• Help create memorable experiences that encourage guest return.
