Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience dealing with the public.
• Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training.
• Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications.
• Collect payments.
• Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment.
• Communicate with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
