White Lodging is seeking a Front Desk Agent in New Jersey to welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure seamless check-in/check-out. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, clear communication, and a customer-first approach in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and warmly.
• Follow cash handling and accounting procedures.
• Develop knowledge of hotel staff, services, rates, and amenities.
• Maintain lobby and entrance cleanliness.
• Protect guest and hotel information and confidentiality.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
