Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/out, reservations, and inquiries. You will work under the Front Office Manager to uphold our Culture of Excellence and provide local guidance to guests.

In this role, you’ll need a friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• A warm, professional demeanor reflecting HVMG's Culture of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and assist with reservations.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Report to Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
• Help guests with concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
