• Excellent communication and guest-facing interaction are essential.
• Ability to read, write, and converse clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide warm, professional service throughout their stay.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures and reservations.
• Answer guest inquiries and address concerns promptly and accurately.
• Report to Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
