HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly check guests in and out, handle reservations, and answer guest inquiries. A friendly demeanor and attention to detail help create a seamless guest experience at our properties.

The role offers $17.25/hr with benefits and opportunities for growth within HVMG's nationwide portfolio. Eligible to work in the US and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Hotel experience is a plus; a combination of education and experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests with a warm, professional approach.
• Handle reservations and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Report to Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
