Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or strong tech aptitude.
• Availability: May require 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• License: Valid state-issued driver’s license if driving company vehicle.
• Math: Ability to perform basic math and make change.
• Language: Proficient English reading/writing.
• Reasoning: Basic problem solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a seamless parking experience and manage traffic flow.
• Assist customers with payment to automated revenue equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle complaints.
• Support day-to-day operations at the assigned location.
• Monitor pay-in lanes and assist customers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance at all times.
