Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide friendly, efficient service at the front desk. You will register and check out guests, handle phone calls and PBX tasks, and act as a welcoming ambassador for the hotel.

You will assist with VIPs, special requests, and daily operational tasks, ensuring accurate data entry and strong guest relations. A flexible schedule, evenings, weekends and holidays are expected.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer-facing role is preferred.
• Knowledgeable of immediate area, services, attractions, and events.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work well under pressure with high arrivals and departures.
• Familiar with hotel systems and operations, and accuracy in data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Register and check-out guests with a professional, friendly manner.
• Respond to phone calls promptly and accurately.
• Manage PBX operations and guest communications.
• Review and follow daily shift checklists (AM/PM/Overnight).
• Handle VIPs, repeat guests, packages, and special requests during pre-assignment.
• Monitor room availability and yield management status.
• Communicate with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, and other departments.
