Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin is seeking a Connectivity Agent to ensure seamless guest experiences by managing pre-arrival communications, guest preferences, and department coordination. You will relay requests via radio, phone, email, or systems such as ALICE, Opera, Alliance, and SevenRooms, inputting and tracking actions for timely completion.

The role requires overnight shifts occasionally and is based in Bozeman, Montana, within a luxury five-star resort setting.

Qualifications

• Familiar with hotel guest management systems and MS Office.
• Proficient in Excel, ALICE and Opera.
• 2+ years of experience as a Receptionist or Guest Relations Officer in a five‑star environment; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-arrival communications and guest preferences across departments.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or radio within service standards.
• Log, track, and update guest requests ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate guest special occasions and create personalized itineraries.
• Run daily operations of the Connectivity Center and ensure proper documentation.
