One&Only Moonlight Basin seeks a Host to create Amazing Experiences and Everlasting Memories during the in-house stay. You will be the key contact for guests, proactively anticipating needs, responding to requests, and ensuring expectations are consistently met and exceeded.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest relations, guest services, front office, concierge, or similar role within a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Create warm, personalized guest experiences by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain visible presence throughout the Resort and build genuine guest relationships.
• Manage in-house guest requests, concerns, and complaints with timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and share relevant information with departments.
• Coordinate welcoming experiences, special occasions, and personalized amenities.
• Stay informed on upcoming guest arrivals, VIPs, groups, and events.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of Resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Promote Resort experiences and identify opportunities to convert interest into bookings.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest service operations.
