Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin in Bozeman, Montana, seeks a personable PBX Agent to manage all guest and internal calls, ensuring prompt, professional service across departments. You will be the primary link for guests' needs, wake-up calls, and after-hours assistance, with knowledge of resort services and local amenities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in luxury or five-star hotel environment preferred.
• Experience with PBX telephone systems is required.
• Knowledge of Opera and basic Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of the resort, surrounding area, and local points of interest preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing telephone calls promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department, colleague, or extension while ensuring accurate and efficient call handling.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding resort services, amenities, activities, outlets, operating hours, and general resort information.
• Maintain telephone directories and update changes; relay messages when needed.
• Carry out guest wake-up calls and handle after-hours calls according to procedures.
• Ensure PBX procedures and SOPs are followed and maintain confidentiality.
