Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Reservations or in a contact center.
• Proficiency with Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries efficiently with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Generate and optimize revenue by following selling strategies.
• Input reservations accurately into the system and manage confirmations.
• Provide booking services including itineraries and guest inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages, and inventory.
• Communicate with guests across channels within 24 hours.
