Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana, seeks a proactive Front Office professional to manage guest arrivals, room assignments, and VIP services with precision and warmth.

You will coordinate with Housekeeping, support check-ins/outs, and drive upsell opportunities while maintaining accurate billing and guest folios; a strong hospitality tech proficiency (Opera, Alice) and exceptional guest-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Office, Reservations, or a similar role in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Proficient in Opera, Alice, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, guest-service, and organizational skills.
• Highly proactive, service-oriented with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Manage room assignments for individual and group arrivals based on guest preferences.
• Coordinate group rooming lists, show rooms, VIP accommodations and special room requirements.
• Complete regular assignments up to 30 days in advance and 90 days for management review.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, and room status; ensure readiness and prioritization.
• Communicate guest preferences using Opera and Alice with relevant departments.
• Support Front Office operations, including check-ins/outs and guest registration.
• Assist upselling opportunities and provide operational reporting.
