Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin is seeking a courteous PBX Agent to manage all guest and staff calls, ensuring accurate routing and timely responses. You will support wake‑ups, after‑hours coverage, and emergency procedures to uphold exceptional guest service at our Montana resort.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years in luxury/hospitality PBX roles, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Opera and MS Office. Weekend and night shifts may be required; housing and ski access benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a luxury or five‑star hotel environment preferred.
• Experience with hotel PBX telephone systems is required.
• Knowledge of Opera and basic Microsoft Office applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internal and external telephone calls promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department, colleague, or extension with accuracy.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints by telephone with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain current telephone directories and extension information; update as needed.
