Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin in Bozeman, MT seeks a PBX Agent to manage all incoming and outgoing calls, direct calls to departments, and provide accurate information to guests and colleagues. The role requires knowledge of resort services, wake-up calls, and emergency procedures, with potential overnight shifts.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in luxury hotels, experience with PBX systems, and strong communication skills to maintain guest satisfaction in a premium setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a luxury or five-star hotel environment.
• Previous experience working with hotel PBX telephone systems is required.
• Experience with Opera PMS or similar hotel systems is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls using established resort greeting and service standards.
• Direct calls to appropriate department or extension with accuracy.
• Provide information about resort services, hours, and amenities.
• Maintain up-to-date telephone directories and record guest requests.
