Job summary

Kerzner International seeks a Connectivity Agent at One&Only Moonlight Basin in Bozeman, MT. You will manage pre-arrival communications, guest preferences, and inter-department coordination to deliver a personalized, elevated guest experience.

Proficiency with ALICE, Opera, OpenTable and SevenRooms, plus strong hospitality experience, is required. You will handle guest requests across channels, build itineraries, and support after-hours communications.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a Receptionist or Guest Relations Officer in a five-star environment for at least 2 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; focus on customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-arrival communications and guest preferences to ensure a seamless experience.
• Coordinate with hotel departments (Host, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance) for guest needs.
• Input and track guest requests, respond to inquiries via radio, phone, email or systems.
• Develop and maintain personalized guest itineraries and coordinate special occasions.
