Onni is seeking a Guest Liaison in Maryland to respond to guest requests with warmth and professionalism. You will assist with inquiries, reservations, and concierge services, ensuring accurate handling of packages and communications.

The role includes troubleshooting in-room services and maintaining guest satisfaction throughout shifts arranged by management. The position requires a high school degree, proficiency in MS Office tools, and excellent communication skills.

Mansioni

• Respond to guest requests with hospitality and personal touches.

• Input guest arrangements into software and manage work orders.
• Assist with hotel reservations, quotes, and modifications.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for in-room services.
• Learn guest names and anticipate needs to exceed expectations.
