Onni Group of Companies is seeking a Guest Liaison in the United States to respond to diverse guest requests with warmth and personalized touches. The role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy, and timely communication across phone, email, and in-person interactions.

You will assist with reservations, directions, and services while maintaining high standards and professionalism, including handling packages and coordinating with hotel partners. Availability for varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
• Excellent customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests by assessing needs and adding personal touches to maximize satisfaction.
• Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism.
• Assist guests with inquiries about services, hours, events, directions, etc.
• Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely.
• Input and follow up on work orders and reservations; provide basic in-room tech support.
