Residence Inn Ocean City in Ocean City, MD is seeking a friendly front desk guest service provider. You will greet guests, assist with needs, answer questions, process reservations, check guests in and out, and handle billing transactions.

You will collaborate with housekeeping, engineering, and food & beverage to ensure guest satisfaction, uphold security procedures, and assist with shuttle needs.

Qualifications

• Greet guests warmly and anticipate needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with FOSSE and StayPMS preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Team-oriented and willing to help others.
• Willing to learn and grow in hotel operations.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests warmly, assist with guest expectations, needs and questions
• Knowledge of hotel services and local attractions
• Process inbound telephone calls in a friendly and efficient manner
• Technical needs include handling reservations, checking guests in/out, billing transactions and handling monies
• Interact with co-workers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Act as advocate for other departments (housekeeping, engineering and food & beverage)
• Follow in-house procedure to help ensure the security of guests and employees. Know hotel emergency procedures.
• Assist with front office cleanliness, inventory supplies and manage market operations
• Assist in guest shuttle needs
