Onni seeks a Guest Liaison in Chicago to respond to guest requests with warmth and professional poise. You will handle inquiries about services, events, and directions, while ensuring accurate communication and timely responses. The role includes assisting with reservations, luggage, and basic in-room tech support.

You will leverage MS Office tools to input arrangements and manage daily tasks, aiming to exceed guest expectations and maintain Onni's high service standards.

Mansioni

• Respond to guest inquiries with hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests when possible.
• Assist guests with inquiries about services, hours, events, directions, and more via phone, email, or in person.
• Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and promptly.
• Follow company Work Rules and Standards of Conduct and report deficiencies.
• Provide concierge knowledge for reservations and recommendations across food, beverage, leisure, transportation, and services.
• Assist with luggage delivery and storage as needed.
• Input guest arrangements into software and manage work orders and billing.
• Support hotel reservations, including quoting, creation, and modification.
• Troubleshoot in-room services such as Internet, TV, and Web services.
