Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel) and MS Windows.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all resident interactions with professionalism and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
• Resolve resident needs with high-level customer service and develop creative solutions.
• Facilitate inquiries about the Elevated Living Experience, hours of operation, and local attractions with timely responses.
• Organize resident belongings and packages with accuracy and care while maintaining service quality.
• Assist the leasing team with scheduling and organizing property tours.
• Adhere to Workplace Rules and Standards of Conduct.
• Interact harmoniously with all team members at the property.
• Keep local attraction collateral updated and current.
• Know city events and establish contacts to provide residents with information and tickets.
• Manage guest parking spaces and passes; oversee bicycle sharing program.
• Perform other tasks as needed at the property.
