Hcshiring is seeking a Concierge to serve as the Community ambassador. The role includes receptionist duties, greeting residents and visitors, handling calls, signing in visitors, and coordinating mail and packages. Strong interpersonal skills and a flexible schedule are essential.

The position requires a High School Diploma, good clerical abilities, and the capacity to work weekends or holidays. You will maintain logs at the front desk and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

• Maintains emergency phone number log at the front desk.
• Receives and processes incoming mail and outgoing packages.
• Performs clerical duties and maintains inventory of office supplies.
• Supports managers with various clerical tasks and signs on staff when needed.
• Works weekends and holidays as assigned; may work other shifts.
