Comfort Inn & Suites is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of the hotel. You will handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hotel front desk experience required.
• Experience with hotel management systems (Opera, Choice Advantage, etc.) preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and cash handling skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
