Job summary

Element by Westin Albuquerque seeks a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and ensure a smooth, friendly experience. You’ll handle reservations, respond to inquiries, and process payments with accuracy in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to exceptional guest service, with flexible availability including nights and weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand for full shifts.
• Proficient with basic computer systems.
• Flexible schedule availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/out process.
• Answer phone/email inquiries and assist with reservations.
• Handle guest requests, issues, and room assignments.
• Post charges, process payments, and close shift accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming front desk environment.
