Job summary

Quality Inn & Suites in Gallup, NM is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in and out, and answer questions about hotel services and local attractions.

You will manage reservations, maintain room inventory, and ensure guest information is accurate. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential; a second language is a plus, as is experience with hotel reservation software.

Qualifications
