Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to lead a team of event hosts and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our entertainment centers. You will report to the center General Manager and drive event quality from initial planning through post-event review.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in management, banquet captain experience, and solid knowledge of F&B and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience.
• 2+ years as banquet captain.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of F&B and hospitality industry.
• Broad knowledge of event planning and execution.
• Proficient in MS Office and database software.
• Knowledge of POS register systems.

Responsibilities

• Host events and manage your team of event hosts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to create seamless events.
• Maintain guest satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Forecast events and schedule staff using client databases.
• Adhere to HR guidelines for performance and discipline.
