Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States seeks an experienced Event Operations Manager to lead our event team and deliver standout experiences for clients and guests.

Reporting to the center General Manager, you’ll oversee event hosts, coordinate planning and execution, manage staffing and schedules, and ensure guest satisfaction from setup to breakdown. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience
• 2+ years as banquet captain
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Knowledge of F&B and hospitality industry
• Broad knowledge of event planning and execution
• MS Office & database software proficiency
• Knowledge of POS register systems

Responsibilities

• Host special events; lead a team of event hosts and oversee setup
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to create seamless events
• Build personal connections with clients and ensure guest needs are exceeded
• Complete event reporting and use feedback to improve satisfaction
• Forecast events and schedule staff; coach and discipline as needed per HR policies
• Be flexible with weekends/holidays and extended shifts as required
