Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Event Operations Manager in our Philadelphia area centers. You will oversee event-host teams, coordinate with sales and operations, and ensure guests have outstanding experiences from setup to wrap-up.

You will report to the center General Manager and bring strong organizational and people skills, with a background in hospitality and event planning. Expect varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• 2+ years as Banquet Captain.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of food & beverage and the hospitality industry.
• Experience in event planning and execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
• Knowledge of POS register systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a staff of Event Hosts to deliver exceptional events.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure seamless events.
• Forecast events and schedule staff per HR guidelines.
• Ensure accurate event reporting and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain client relationships and post-event follow-up.
• Be flexible with shifts including weekends and holidays.
