Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Event Operations Manager in our California centers to lead event hosts and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will partner with Sales and Operations to plan and execute memorable events, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat bookings.

You will supervise staff, forecast needs, and manage reporting while staying adaptable to weekend and holiday shifts in a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 1 Year+ of Management Experience
• 2+ Years Banquet Captain
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Knowledge of F&B and Hospitality Industry
• Broad knowledge of/event planning and execution
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software preferred
• Knowledge of POS register systems

Responsibilities

• Host events and manage a team of event hosts
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to create seamless events
• Develop personal connections with clients to exceed expectations
• Complete event reports and use feedback to improve guest satisfaction
• Forecast events and schedule staff based on client needs
• Be flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
