Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring an Event Operations Manager to lead a team of event hosts and deliver memorable celebrations. You will partner with Sales and Operations to ensure flawless event execution and guest satisfaction.

The role requires leadership experience, a background in hospitality and event planning, and strong communication skills. Expect a dynamic environment with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience.
• 2+ years banquet captain experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of F&B and hospitality industry.
• Broad knowledge of event planning and execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database software preferred.
• Knowledge of POS register systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of Event Hosts and oversee all event setup.
• Create a seamless event experience with Sales and Operations teams.
• Build strong client connections and ensure guest needs are exceeded.
• Complete event reporting and use feedback to improve guest satisfaction.
• Forecast events and schedule staff; advise on HR matters per policy.
• Be flexible with shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended days.
