Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Seattle seeks an Event Operations Manager to lead a team of event hosts and deliver unforgettable parties.

You will report to the center General Manager and collaborate with Sales and Operations to create seamless event experiences that encourage repeat bookings.

Responsibilities include scheduling staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and completing event reports while accommodating weekends and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 Year+ of management experience.
• 2+ Years banquet captain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of F&B and hospitality industry.
• Broad knowledge/experience in event planning and execution.
• MS Office Suite and database software proficiency.
• Knowledge of POS register systems.

Responsibilities

• Host events and manage your team of event hosts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to create seamless event experiences.
• Develop personal connections with clients and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure event reporting is completed and guest feedback is used for improvements.
• Forecast events and schedule staff using the client database.
• Be flexible to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
