Job summary

Scribe is seeking a dedicated enablement workflow owner to standardize how GTM roles perform day-to-day tasks across AE, BDR, CSM, and SE. You will map workflows, design consistent task experiences, and build a manager view to monitor adoption across pods.

You'll run onboarding cohorts end-to-end, drive change adoption when pricing, packaging, or tooling shifts, and re-architect workflows so GTM Systems can build against precise fixes.

Qualifications

• You've operated as a stakeholder or program owner through at least one CRM or systems implementation at a B2B SaaS company.
• You've identified broken workflows and designed the fix instead of documenting the as-is state.
• You understand Salesforce and GTM systems well enough to brief a systems team precisely.
• You've run onboarding cohorts end-to-end with cross-functional contributors.
• You're comfortable running training sessions and office hours for large field reps.
• You use AI-native tools daily and dogfood your product as part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Map the complete day-in-the-life workflow for GTM roles (AE, BDR, CSM, SE) and their managers.
• Design the task, queue, and report experience to standardize workflows across pods.
• Build the manager inspection layer to monitor adoption on a defined cadence.
• Run onboarding cohorts end to end, from logins to ramp milestones.
• Own change adoption when pricing, packaging, or tooling shifts.
• Re-architect broken workflows with precise specs for GTM Systems to build against.
• Run front-line support and manage the case queue using Scribe Capture and Optimize.
