Job summary

Scribe is seeking a dedicated enablement & workflow lead to standardize how GTM roles work day-to-day across the org. You will map each role's tasks, redesign workflows, and build a manager-facing layer to track adoption.

You will own onboarding for new hires and guide change adoption when pricing or tooling shifts occur. You will work with Salesforce and related GTM systems to brief a systems team and orchestrate training cohorts, including live sessions for large field groups and ongoing

Qualifications

• You've acted as a stakeholder or program owner through at least one CRM or systems implementation at a B2B SaaS company.
• You diagnose broken workflows and design precise fixes rather than describing the as-is mess.
• You can brief a systems team about Salesforce and related GTM systems without building the platform yourself.
• You've led onboarding or training cohorts end-to-end, coordinating contributors into a cohesive experience.
• You're comfortable running training sessions and office hours for field reps.
• You regularly use AI-native tools and test your own product internally (dogfooding).

Responsibilities

• Map day-in-the-life workflows for GTM roles (AE, BDR, CSM, SE) and their managers.
• Design task, queue, and report experiences to standardize workflows across pods.
• Build a manager-inspection layer to monitor adoption on a set cadence.
• Run onboarding cohorts from logins to ramp milestones end-to-end.
• Own adoption when pricing, packaging, or tooling changes are implemented.
• Re-architect broken workflows with precise specs for GTM Systems.
• Lead front-line support and case queues to identify where reps get stuck.
