Job summary

Brex is seeking a Systems professional to own the tools, workflows, and automations that power our GTM teams—Sales, SDR, CS, and RevOps. This is a hands-on role, collaborating with GTM leaders to identify bottlenecks and design scalable solutions across the tech stack.

You will drive data-driven decisions, integrate AI into daily tools, and help shape how our GTM functions leverage automation for faster, smarter outcomes.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain tooling, integrations, and automations for GTM teams.
• Partner directly with Sales, SDR, CS, and RevOps to identify bottlenecks and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work within the GTM tech stack to build and improve tooling and integrations.
• Analyze GTM data to surface insights and inform leadership on priorities for systems investments.
• Integrate AI and LLM-based capabilities into existing tools with guidance from senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own tools, workflows, and automations used by GTM teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDR, CS, and RevOps to scope solutions.
• Work with Salesforce, Snowflake, and other tools to improve tooling.
• Analyze GTM data to quantify impact for leadership decisions.
• Embed AI capabilities into current processes to drive automation.
