Job summary

Deltek is seeking a hands-on GTM AI Operations Engineer to design and deploy end-to-end AI-driven workflows for sales and marketing. You will build and maintain AI agents on low-code platforms, orchestrate multi-step processes, and ensure reliable data integrations across internal systems and GTM platforms.

You will collaborate with the GTM Operations AI Manager to prioritize delivery, monitor agent performance, and iterate on logic for accuracy and scale in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of operations/automation experience in a business ops function (sales/revenue/marketing ops) with ownership of processes.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, or scaling automation/workflow tools in an operations context with low-code platforms.
• Demonstrated appetite for AI and experience configuring or automating with AI tools.
• Experience in environments with large data volumes and many users.
• Comfort reading/troubleshooting APIs, JSON, SQL, CSV.
• Ability to implement solutions from defined requirements and iterate based on feedback.
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting workflows and data integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM workflows and redesign processes for AI automation.
• Design, configure, and maintain AI agents supporting sales/marketing workflows using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Implement prompt logic, multi-step workflows, and agent orchestration.
• Connect AI agents with internal systems and GTM platforms via APIs and integrations.
• Collaborate with the GTM Operations AI Manager to meet priorities and timelines.
• Monitor agent performance; troubleshoot quality, reliability, and data issues.
• Iterate on agent logic to improve accuracy and usability.
• Design scalable workflows for large data volumes and many users.
• Document logic and implementation details for maintainability and scale.
• Stay current on AI tooling capabilities and best practices.
