Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and related automation logic.
• Ability to translate process designs into actionable business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of core GTM processes, lead routing, and handoffs to CS.
• Map current-state lead-to-close journey and define future-state blueprints.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap for process improvements with impact sequencing.
• Produce implementation-ready specs for product, engineers, and admins.
• Lead workflow health reviews and partner with enablement for change management.
