Qualifications

• Hands-on GTM process experience at a software company (lead-to-cash / quote-to-cash).
• Experience with Salesforce, CPQ platforms, and customer success tooling.
• Proven track record of cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders and running reviews.
• Strong program management skills: planning, tracking, risk management.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to bridge technical and executive audiences.
• Thrives in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and evolving processes.
• Motivated by the mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional GTM systems programs (CPQ, deployment tracking, data quality, compliance).
• Prepare and run quarterly business reviews and drive decisions/follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Tech leadership to keep programs aligned.
• Translate technical implementation details into executive priorities and ensure understanding on both sides.
• Define and track the business outcome each program drives and how it is measured.
• Aggregate and maintain documentation, plans, and status views for cross-functional initiatives.
• Surface risks/dependencies early and drive resolution without direct authority.
