Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Program Manager for the GTM Systems team to own cross-functional coordination across CPQ, deployment tracking, and data quality initiatives. You will drive quarterly business reviews, align stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Business Technology, and translate technical implementation details into executive-ready narratives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GTM processes at a software/tech company (lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, renewal & expansion).
• Ability to translate technical detail to executives and drive decisions without direct authority.
• Strong planning, tracking, dependency and risk management.
• Clear written and verbal communication tailored to audience.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional coordination across GTM systems programs (CPQ, deployment tracking, data quality, compliance).
• Prepare and run quarterly business reviews for GTM systems initiatives and drive decisions & follow-ups.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Ops, Deal Desk, and Business Tech to align programs.
