Job summary

Asana is seeking a strategic Business Process Manager to architect the agentic transformation of our GTM tech stack. You will own end-user CPQ experience, drive agentic quoting, and resolve complex dependencies across Deal Desk, Order Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.

Based in San Francisco with a hybrid, office-centric schedule, you will partner with Sales, RevStrat, ET, Finance, and IT to design scalable, AI-ready workflows and ensure data integrity across the GTM stack.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce and the Sales Cloud ecosystem.
• Experience designing complex CPQ platforms in production environments.
• Strong systems-thinking and ability to map data flows across GTM tools.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, AI-ready workflows that support evolving GTM motions.
• Own CPQ strategy, requirements, adoption health for the CPQ platform and quoting capabilities.
• Scope and manage enhancements to the Salesforce Opportunity object and GTM stack.
• Execute end-to-end UAT with test scenarios and edge-case coverage.
• Resolve handoff failures across Deal Desk, Provisioning, Order Management, and Billing.
• Communicate project timelines, metrics, and roadmaps to stakeholders.
